Cancellation Policy

Customer acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the customer cancels their subscription (for all plans). The customer may cancel their subscription by sending an email to info@yips.co with the subject line “CANCELLATION NOTICE”. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the expiration date of their subscription. Please keep in mind that a cancellation notice submitted after 24 hours of a transaction, the customer will not be refunded for the most recent transaction. If a customer submits a cancellation notice within 24 hours of a transaction, the customer will be eligible for a refund if the product has not shipped yet. If the product has shipped, the customer will only be eligible for a refund once the customer returns the product to the Company with an address provided by info@yips.co.
